We have the best drivers in town. They are independent entrepreneurs, operating under the TBW flag and comply with TBW standards. Each of our drivers has completed our specially designed TBW training, which is held at the TBW Academy. During this training, the following topics are covered: ✓ Customer service ✓ How to act in an emergency ✓ Many other topics related to passenger transportation in practice In addition, more than 70% of our drivers are accredited with a special TX certification. In order to obtain this respectable certificate, the driver must take a CPR course in addition to the mandatory TBW training. Long story short: with a TBW driver, you are in good hands!

When you book your taxi with TBW, you can pay directly online via our website. If you pay online, you don’t have to worry about paying in the taxi with cash and change. Enjoy your ride comfortably and don’t worry about anything
Paying in a taxi
Would you rather pay on the spot in the taxi? This is possible at most locations.
Cash
If you prefer to pay on the spot, it is possible to pay cash to your driver after your taxi ride. If you have booked a TBW in advance, you know what the exact costs are. Our drivers have enough change with them, but it is useful if you can pay the correct amount. Or maybe a little extra if you appreciate the service of the driver.
Debit or credit card
Each TBW driver has a device to receive PIN payments in the vehicle. All drivers accept card payments without extra fees. It is also possible to pay with a credit card in the taxi without extra fees. Most drivers accept Stripe payments, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
